Two Australian inventors, John Christie and Lou Brits, supposedly have a type of power generator that generates four to five times more energy than it consumes. Check out this four minute clip of this technology in action. H.A.A.R.P. stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program and is an unclassified project with funding from the United States Air Force, Navy, DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Project Agency) and the University of Alaska. On first glance, the HAARP facility seems like a rather dull science research lab, but upon further inspection has some rather astounding abilities, including weather manipulation, and mind control.
